Joel has 35 years of international experience in mineral exploration, project
acquisition, mining development and financing, primarily in the precious metals, base
metals and industrial mineral sectors. His breadth of involvement ranges from acting
as project manager of exploration over numerous field seasons to underground
experience at the Lamaque Gold Mine in Val d’Or, Quebec, and the startup of the
Velardena Silver-Gold Mine in Velardena, Mexico where he took the project from
acquisition, exploration, development, and right through to production in 1992.
From 2010 to 2013 Joel was exploring and evaluating projects in Nevada, Mexico, and
Africa for Silver Reef Resources and Dundee Sustainable Technologies. In 2013 and
2014 he supervised and carried out prospecting and exploration, and evaluation of
several historic silver mines in Sinaloa State, Mexico for Auxico Resources. He has
recently authored a NI 43-101 Technical Report for Auxico on the Zamora Silver-Gold
Project in Sinaloa, Mexico.
He has worked/lived in 28 Countries around the world on almost every continent and
is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
Michael James Allen
BSc. Hon (Geology), MSc. (Information Systems Management), MIMMM
Mike has over 35 years of experience as a geological and mining consultant, working in the Far East, North and Central America and Europe. He has wide experience in industrial minerals, metals and coal. Industrial minerals included silica glass sands and feldspars, dimension stone, refractory minerals, clays, phosphates and aggregates. Metals included inter alia iron, vanadium-titanium-magnetite, lithium, manganese, tin and tungsten plus gold/silver.
He is able to bring his expertise to advise on potential exploration targets and related exploration programmes with the aim to produce JORC and NI 43-101 standard technical reports.
He has also served as a director in private and listed companies bringing commercial insight to projects worldwide.

Mr Chan graduated with a degree in Chemistry. He subsequently moved into finance and is now a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Canada, CGA).
